If any booked golf events are cancelled or postponed due to weather or other factors , at your direction, you can have a refund of any fees paid pertaining to the booked game or it can be credited to the new playing date organised. Notices of changes and any impact are sent to all members in advance of the date of play to ensure adequate information. All notices are sent to the members provided email address. Please ensure your communication details are up to date.
